Roof conditions, materials, pricing and timelines vary from home to home and can only be determined after an inspection.

Inspections, estimates and work

Submitting the inspection form is a request, not a booking. We confirm each inspection by phone. Any inspection findings, estimates, scopes of work, pricing and schedules are provided under separate written agreements between you and us. Those written agreements, not this website, set the terms of any work. If anything on this site conflicts with a written agreement, the written agreement controls.

Insurance claims

If a storm is involved, we can provide photos and a written scope that you may share with your insurance company. We do not act as a public adjuster, negotiate claims on your behalf, or promise any claim outcome. Whether a claim is approved, and for how much, is decided by your insurer under your policy. We do not waive, absorb, rebate or offer to cover insurance deductibles. You are responsible for reading your policy and meeting its deadlines.

Using the site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and only to request information or services for a property you own or are authorized to act for. You agree not to submit false information, interfere with the site’s operation, or attempt to access parts of the site that are not intended for public use.
