Where we work

Four cities, one crew, one process.

Every service is available in all four cities, and every job starts with an inspection, photos and a written scope you approve.

Fort Collins

Home base. Our crews start the day here, so the inspection, the follow-up and the final walkthrough come from the same people.

Loveland

A short drive south of Fort Collins, and we are there every week. Loveland roofs face the same hail, wind and freeze-thaw cycles as ours, so the same inspection and written scope apply.

Windsor

Windsor sits between our Fort Collins base and Greeley, so we pass through often. East of the foothills, wind gets a clear run at roofs and siding, so we look hard at seals and edges.

Greeley

The east end of our regular service area and the farthest of the four from Fort Collins. The road runs through Windsor, and the drive is short enough that adjuster meetings and follow-ups are routine.

Why a Fort Collins crew

Close enough to come back after the storm.

A roof job is rarely one visit. After hail there is the inspection, the adjuster meeting, and the follow-up after the first hard rain. A Fort Collins crew can do all of that in Loveland, Windsor and Greeley without a special trip. Crews that follow the storm in are gone by the time the second visit comes due.

The same people who photograph your hail damage write the scope, build the replacement or the siding repair, and stand in front of it afterward. If you file a claim, you get the photos and written scope to share with your carrier. We document; we do not negotiate or adjust claims.

  • Follow-up visits are a short drive, not a favor
  • The people who inspected the roof meet the adjuster
  • No out-of-town crews, no contracts signed on the porch
  • One written scope for the roof, siding, fascia and trim

What to expect

Three steps, and you hold the pen on the middle one.

01

Inspection at your home

We walk the roof and exterior, photograph shingles, flashings, vents, siding and trim, and write up what we find.

02

You approve the scope

Nothing is built until you say so. You get the findings, the options and an itemized scope, and you take the time you need to decide.

03

Work, cleanup and a final walk

The approved scope gets built, the yard is swept for nails, and we walk the finished work with you. That is how we work, in every town.

The map, honestly

Based in Fort Collins. Serving Northern Colorado.

We work from Fort Collins outward. These four cities are where we are every week, close enough to show up, follow up and come back after the next storm.

In Wellington, Timnath, Berthoud, Johnstown, Severance or Estes Park? Ask us. We will tell you honestly whether we can get there.

Service area questions

What homeowners ask about where we work.

Do you serve my area?

We are based in Fort Collins and work across Northern Colorado: Loveland, Windsor and Greeley. Outside those four cities, ask, and we will tell you honestly.

Are you a Fort Collins roofer or a Northern Colorado roofer?

Both. We are based in Fort Collins, and the same crew works in Loveland, Windsor and Greeley every week.

Do you charge extra to come to Loveland, Windsor or Greeley?

No. All four cities are inside our regular service area, and there is no travel charge added to your scope.

I live in Wellington, Timnath or Berthoud. Can you come out?

Ask us. Those towns sit close to the four we serve, and we will tell you honestly whether we can get there.

How do I find a reputable roofer near me in Northern Colorado?

Start with companies that were here before the storm. Look for a local address, a documented inspection with photos, a written scope, and no pressure to sign the day they knock.

Will the same people come back for the adjuster meeting?

Yes. The people who inspected your roof meet the adjuster and return for the follow-up. We document the damage; we do not negotiate the claim.

Which services are available outside Fort Collins?

All of them: roof repair, roof replacement, roof inspection, hail and storm damage repair, roof coatings, siding and exterior work, and insurance claim documentation. Nothing is Fort Collins only.
