Plain answers

Questions homeowners ask before they send the form.

Is the inspection really free?

Yes. There is no charge for the visit, the photos or the written findings, and no obligation to hire us afterward. If work makes sense, you get a written scope with pricing before anything is scheduled.

Do I need to be home?

It helps but is not required. Most of the inspection happens on the roof and around the exterior. If you cannot be there, we walk you through the photos and findings by phone afterward.

How long does it take?

Most residential inspections take under an hour, depending on the size and pitch of the roof and how much exterior there is to document. We tell you the expected time when we schedule.

What if you find nothing wrong?

Then we tell you that, in writing, with the photos to back it up. A clean report is a good outcome, and it gives you a dated record of the roof’s condition for the future.

Will you pressure me to sign something?

No. Nothing is signed on the day of the inspection. You get the findings and any written scope to review on your own time, and work starts only after you approve it.
